<p>I love the whole idea of exercising. For many it is a way to work on their fitness. Oh, it is so much more. Exercise is my healthy addiction. For me it means: medicine, medication, therapy, socialization, mood booster, entertainment, anti-aging, and over-all health.  I enjoy the positive benefits of exercising.</p>
<p>Tip of the day. Find an exercise you enjoy and you will do iy for the rest of your life.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How I begin my healthy day. I begin with a few moments of deep breathing techniques and focus on how fortunate I am to be doing what I am doing, helping people with their wellness. My dream job! Then I get ready for a wonderful day.</p>
<p>Down in the kitchen it is hydration first. I have green tea or water. Now for the most important meal of the day. My main objective is to get the highest level of nutrients into my body. I do this in the form of a smoothie. I put the following into my blender. Spring or filtered water, two scoops of the highest quality meal replacement I can find, organic frozen berries, greens powder, clementine, pineapple, hemp hearts, chia seeds, organic baby spinach, Greek yogurt, powdered antioxidant and any other fruit I might be in the mood for. You would be surprised how good this taste. Now I am ready for my day. Which begins with surrounding myself with some wonderful positive people.</p>

<p>It’s lunchtime and after a morning of 30-Day Weight Loss Program, yogafit, and meetings, I am looking forward to a pleasant healthy meal. Pizza time! All ready to an afternoon of fun yoga with a school staff and personal training. I have to make sure I have a snack of nuts and fruit to go with my water. I don’t want to fade. These individuals are too important.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Great day today, three yoga sessions, two 30 Day Weight Loss programs, two personal training sessions, a speed training session with a soccer team, and a meeting to plan a wellness retreat.</p>
<p>It is important to make sure I keep ahead of the game with good nutrition. Small healthy meal with plenty of complex carbs, (fruits and vegetables, brown rice and quinoa. Good lean protein,(chicken, eggs, fish, and nuts. Plenty of water to keep hydrated. No room here for processed food or junk.</p>
<p>Home now relaxing with my faithful dog by my side. Life is great. Oh my health tip for today. Surround yourself with positive people. I am lucky to be in contact with so many wonderful people. A special thanks to all these great individuals.</p>

<p>My goal this year is to help as many people as possible to make 2013 as healthy a year as possible, so I thought I would share some of the things I do to stay healthy. You see I don&#8217;t get sick or even get a cold or flu. I attribute this to my healthy lifestyle. I know you will be watching to see if I do get sick.  I hope to post on a regular basis, feel free to share some of the things you do for your health or questions and suggestions you may have.   My first well-kept secret is to make sure you value yourself. You are wonderful. Make sure you realize this. You see you take care of what you value most.  Oh, and by the way learn to laugh a lot; it is great for your health. Yours in health and wellness</p>
